About Shop and Travel USATM: Membership Agreement

Introduction

By purchasing the Shop and Travel USATM Discount Membership Program, you are agreeing to the following specific terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement. You understand that Shop and Travel USATM, and its subsidiaries, vendors and partners (collectively, "AA"), make available online information and services to Members of this program ("Members"). By ordering or purchasing a Membership, submitting your information, or using the Membership, you are indicating that you are 16 years old or older, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are older than 16, but under the age of 18, you are also indicating that you have received consent from your parent or guardian, and they have agreed on your behalf to be bound by all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement. You acknowledge that the Agreement may be modified or terminated at any time. Any changes will appear on this page. It is your responsibility to refer to the Agreement prior to using your membership privileges. You will be deemed to have accepted any change to this Membership Agreement if you continue to use your personalized sign-in user name/password on the member benefits page after that change has been posted here.

Privacy Policy

Shop and Travel USATM Discount Membership Program

The Shop and Travel USATM Discount Membership Program is a fee-based program offered by Shop and Travel USATM that provides Members access to merchant discounts on-line via printed coupons and/or through a mobile application for smart phones or other mobile devices across the United States.

1. Eligibility 

Former students (hereinafter “Alumni”) who have previously attended or graduated from a community college, college, university, or other institution offering post-secondary education. Eligibility also extends to the family and friends of those eligible Alumni.

2. Purchasing a Membership 

When you purchase a Membership, you must provide Shop and Travel USATM with accurate and complete information (including, but not limited to, name and address), and advise Shop and Travel USATM of any changes by contacting Member Services. Shop and Travel USATM will use this information to create your on-line account. You will receive your Membership Code immediately after purchasing a membership allowing you to create your own unique User Name and Password.

Each membership is intended for a single Member only. Shop and Travel USATM does not permit the sharing of your membership code, password, or discounts with any other person. If Shop and Travel USA TM reasonably believes that any of your membership materials are being used in any of these ways, Shop and Travel USATM reserves the right to cancel your Membership rights immediately. If you believe someone has used your Membership benefits without your authorization, please contact Member Services.

3. Fees 

The annual membership fee for the Shop and Travel USATM Discount Membership Program is only $25*. To enroll, simply go to www.shopandtravelusa.com

*Note: Pricing exceptions apply. Shop and Travel USATM reserves the right to modify the membership fee at any time for any reason in its sole discretion without notice. 

4. User Name and Password 

Your Membership and your unique user name and password are your keys to savings, benefits and services. With a mobile device or computer, your savings are available anytime. You must activate your membership code to access the complete savings, benefits and services that are available to you. Visit www.memberbenefits.shopandtravelusa.com to activate your membership. The membership is non-transferable, and may only be used by the person whose name is registered with the unique membership code.

Always use your Shop and Travel USATM Discount Membership Program either online or via the mobile app in order to redeem savings through our merchant discount partners.
Shop and Travel USA TM and participating sponsors are independent contractors. Shop and Travel USATM is not liable for any products or services provided by these sponsors.

Any use of the Shop and Travel USA TM Discount Membership Program benefits and discounts in a manner that violates the rules or regulations of any participating sponsor or online partner is prohibited by this Agreement, and is grounds for termination of your Shop and Travel USA TM Membership. Shop and Travel USA TM reserves the right to cancel your Membership rights immediately in the event of such a violation.

5. Expiration and Cancellation

Your Membership will expire 12 months from the date of activation of your membership code unless otherwise stipulated by Shop and Travel USA TM. Shop and Travel USA TM reserves the right to terminate your Membership at any given point in time if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement.

6. Refunds 

The refund policy allows Members to claim a full refund within 30 days of purchasing his or her inactivated Shop and Travel USA TM Membership. Members who activate their membership code are not eligible for a refund.

In order to receive a refund, you must notify us by email prior to activating your membership within thirty (30) days of purchase at info@shopandtravelusa.com. Be sure to include your membership code in your email.

7. The shopandtravelusa.com Web site 

The shopandtravelusa.com Web site (the "Site") offers the most up-to-date information on savings and partner benefits offered by participating sponsors. We take reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of our database of sponsors and their discounts. However, Shop and Travel USA TM is not responsible for third parties' restrictions or changes to their offers not communicated to Shop and Travel USA. To activate your Membership you will have to register on-line using the Membership code that is issued to you. Once logged in, you will be asked to create a user name and password.

You may access the Site to edit and update your account information and communication preferences. When changing information on your account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Members can search for savings and participating sponsors online. When you wish to purchase goods or services online at the Site, or at a sponsor's web site, just follow the instructions in order to receive the discount. Some sponsors and discounts may not be available in your community. You should contact the sponsor to confirm they offer the discount. Even though Shop and Travel USA TM makes efforts to keep the listing of sponsors and savings up to date, Shop and Travel USA TM is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information regarding the sponsor or its discount. You may submit corrections to sponsors or discounts in an email to info@shopandtravelusa.com 

The Site may be used to contact the Member Services Department. For questions, concerns, or suggestions, e-mail info@shopandtravelusa.com. A Customer Service Representative will answer your e-mail within approximately 72 hours. In addition, as a Member, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use Agreement of the Site.

8. Merchant Disputes 

Shop and Travel USA TM is not responsible if a sponsor changes its discount due to new ownership or acquisition. If you have a dispute with a sponsor merchant to report, Shop and Travel USA TM will take commercially reasonable efforts to solve the dispute on your behalf.

You may report disputes with sponsor merchants by contacting the Member Services Customer Service Center at the toll-free phone number listed at the top right of the "Member Benefits" page on the website or email at info@shopandtravelusa.com. Reports should include the following information: merchant name, merchant address, merchant phone number, date of purchase, discount denied, and purchase information.

Shop and Travel USA TM and its sponsors are independent contractors. Shop and Travel USA TM IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY OR THROUGH ANY SPONSOR OF THE DISCOUNT PROGRAM, OR FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION OR INACCURACY IN ADVERTISING MATERIAL, OR FOR ANY LIABILITY RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM A PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED BY ANY SPONSOR OR OTHER THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE DISCOUNT PROGRAM. Shop and Travel USA TM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BANK FEES OR INTEREST CHARGES INCURRED DUE TO PURCHASE OR RENEWAL OF THE Shop and Travel USA TM DISCOUNT MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM, OR PURCHASES MADE WITH Shop and Travel USA TM PARTNER DISCOUNTS.

9. E-mail Policy and Communication Preferences 

Members have the option to receive Shop and Travel USA TM e-mail and/or mobile phone updates when they order or activate their membership online. Shop and Travel USA TM uses these updates to provide additional savings, special offers, site upgrades, new features, events, promotions, and more. You have the option to e-mail us to opt out from receiving these e-mails using the link at the bottom of any promotional e-mail you may receive. You also have the option to email Member Services to opt out of receiving the mobile phone messages. Members can also update these preferences by logging into their account on www.shopandtravelusa.com.

Shop and Travel USA TM reserves the right to e-mail you with information essential to your participation in our program (for example, information on lost passwords and Membership expiration/renewal). You will not have the option to opt-out of e-mails of this nature.

10. Changes to offers or Sponsors 

Offers made available through the Discount Membership Program may change from time to time. Shop and Travel USA TM reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the offers and/or participating sponsors at any time. In addition, sponsors may elect to change offers from time to time. Shop and Travel USA TM will make commercially reasonable efforts to make appropriate updates to the Site to reflect offer and/or sponsor changes. For a listing of current offers, Members should visit www.memberbenefits.shopandtravelusa.com. If you become aware of a discontinued offer listed, please notify Shop and Travel USA TM by sending an e-mail to info@shopandtravelusa.com. Shop and Travel USA TM undertakes no obligation to provide a replacement or substitute offer for any offer discontinued.
